General Delivery, Shipping and Return Policy

  1. General Shipping Info:  We make our best effort to send out packages within two business days of actual order date. Business days are considered Monday-Friday except statutory holidays and weekends. All orders are discreetly mailed with odour proof packaging and non labelled for privacy purposes. There is no indications located on the box of what is inside the package.
  2. Costs for Shipping: Any order above $149 will automatically have the $15.00 flat rate shipping fee waived. Orders under this amount will be charged $15.00. Sales taxes are applied accordingly depending what province the package is being purchased from. Signatures are required for packages exceeding $300 and above.
  3. Delivery Policy: We have a strict policy of not selling to minors and the legal age must be at least 19+ years. We only ship to Canada.
  4. Delivery Times: From the date of shipment and not the day the order is placed, you should expect packages to arrive within 2-4 business days. It usually takes longer in isolated places or Northern Canada. We apologize if packages are taking longer, but we are unable to do anything once shipments have been delivered to courier and they experience delays on their end. Please be patient.
  5. Missing/Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we will not be held responsible for missing or stolen packages once the tracking information has indicated the package has been successfully delivered. Once the package has been shipped out for delivery, we are not responsible for missing packages.
  6. Out of Stock Products: All purchases are subject to product availability. If you make a purchase and the product is out of stock, we will notify you by email. From there you can pick a substitute or opt for a store a credit for later use that equal the original order price of the out of stock product. Alternatively, you can check the box indicate that the staff will pick a replacement on your behalf at checkout.
  7. Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges: Weed Hub Direct does not accept refund unless there is something wrong with the product that was purchased. If you receive a defective product in your order, please reach out to customer support: info@weedhubdirect.ca. In your email, please include details of the issues with your product. All claims need to be made 30 days from the date of purchase. We may require photographic evidence for claims and will notify you via email if your claim has been approved. We are happy to provide you store credit to your account that is equal to the purchase price of the product in question and an additional 30% off the item.
